Oil Level Indicator Temperature Controller Custom made as per the needs of machine tool industry, we bring forth for our clients with a high quality range of Oil Level Indicator with Temperature Controller. This unique product presents the clients with the advantage of an indicator to monitor level and a temperature controller for coolant or hydraulic oils in a single unit. It uses the highly advanced kty81 - 210 temperature sensor which is mounted at the bottom most position of the oil level indicator, inside a guide tube. The temperature controller is capable of measuring temperatures between -55oc to 99oc with two programmable set points, which gives relay output for user interface application. The oil level indicator comprises a float, metal structure and a transparent tube. The piston, which carries the magnet, is connected to float through an indicating rod, whose motion within the transparent tube indicates the liquid level in the tank. The reed proximity sensors, embedded in the structure, are actuated by the piston magnet for control signal. Another unique feature of these indicators is that the switches mounted on the structure are adjustable and provide latching type contact. An LED is also provided to indicate the on or off condition of reed switch. These products find application in machine tool and hydraulic industries.
